Constructed from heavy-duty 3/16" and 1/4" steel, each bumper is built to handle demanding conditions and accommodate winches up to 12,000 lbs. The durable two-stage light texture powder coat finish provides exceptional corrosion resistance and long-lasting protection against the elements.

Designed with high-clearance geometry to improve approach angles, these bumpers are trail-ready and built for rugged terrain. Integrated recovery points—including chamfered clevis mounts or heavy-duty D-ring mounts depending on application—align directly with the frame to provide dependable recovery and lifting capability when you need it most.

Lighting versatility is built in, with mounting provisions for dual 2x2 cube lights on select models and the ability to house a 20" light bar (sold separately) for enhanced nighttime visibility. An included skid plate seamlessly integrates with chassis skid plates for added front-end protection and improved durability on the trail.

Professional installation is required, including cutting and drilling on certain applications to ensure a precise fit. Winches

Smittybilt’s X20 GEN3 Winches, XRC GEN3 Winches and previous generations of X20 winches carry a lifetime mechanical warranty and a 5-year electrical warranty. XRC GEN2 Winches and all other Smittybilt Winches carry a lifetime mechanical warranty with a 3-year electrical warranty.

Soft Goods Warranty

Unless otherwise listed specifically, Smittybilt warrants our soft tops and other soft goods for a period of 1-year.
