Online Reseller Policy
To protect the reputation of LEER Group brands, ensure long-term brand strength, and support the retailers who invest in delivering exceptional customer service, LEER Group has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy and Authorized Online Reseller Program. This policy applies to products offered under the LEER®, Pace Edwards®, and BEDSLIDE® brands. Our goal is to maintain fair market conditions, preserve brand value, and support our network of trusted retail and installation partners.
The Authorized Online Reseller Program is designed to ensure that customers purchasing LEER Group products online receive the same level of product authenticity, accurate information, and quality service that they would expect from our authorized dealer network. By requiring authorization for online sales, LEER Group helps prevent unauthorized listings, inaccurate product representation, and pricing practices that may harm the customer experience or brand integrity.
As of June 11, 2025, only Authorized LEER Group Online Resellers are permitted to sell LEER Group products through online marketplaces, e-commerce websites, or other digital sales channels. Retailers interested in becoming an authorized online reseller must complete and submit the LEER Group Authorized Online Reseller Agreement for review and approval. Once approved, authorized partners gain access to official product resources, pricing guidelines, and policies that help ensure compliance with LEER Group's standards for online sales.
