For GM Silverado and Sierra applications, ReadyLIFT engineered a complete 8-inch big lift suspension system utilizing heavy-duty boxed steel front and rear crossmembers, boxed differential drop brackets, tubular upper control arms, proprietary lower strut clamshell extensions, fabricated rear lift blocks, and Falcon 1.1 monotube rear shocks. The system is specifically engineered to preserve factory suspension geometry and steering performance while dramatically increasing tire clearance and ride height.
The GM system features ReadyLIFT’s proprietary lower strut clamshell design that retains use of the factory front struts while maintaining proper suspension geometry and ride quality. Heavy-duty tubular upper control arms with maintenance-free TCT pivot bushings and 1-ton ball joints improve suspension durability and articulation compared to OE stamped steel control arms.
For Toyota Tundra applications, the ReadyLIFT 8-inch system combines fabricated steel crossmembers, differential relocation brackets, steering knuckles, rear lift blocks, and Falcon 1.1 monotube shocks engineered specifically for 2007–2021 Tundra suspension geometry. The system is designed to improve off-road capability and tire clearance while maintaining stable highway manners and predictable steering characteristics.
Both systems include Falcon 1.1 monotube shocks designed specifically for lifted truck applications. These shocks improve damping consistency, heat dissipation, and suspension control under highway driving, towing, hauling, and off-road conditions. Monotube construction improves shock response and ride stability compared to conventional twin-tube shock designs.
ReadyLIFT engineered both suspension systems to support up to 37x12.50-inch tires on compatible wheel setups. GM applications support 37-inch tires on 20x9 wheels with 0 offset without trimming, while more aggressive wheel offsets may require minor trimming. Toyota Tundra fitment varies depending on wheel width, wheel offset, and tire design.
