The suspension system utilizes heavy-duty boxed steel front and rear crossmembers combined with a full-width 3/16-inch steel skid plate for improved durability and protection. ReadyLIFT also engineered new 1/4-inch boxed differential drop brackets featuring gusseted reinforcement and boxed center ribs designed to withstand differential torsional loading under aggressive off-road conditions.

A major advantage of the ReadyLIFT 8-inch system is its angled and offset lower clamshell-style strut extensions designed specifically to realign the ARC-equipped front struts for improved shock performance and reduced wear. The system also incorporates specially designed preload spacers that slightly increase spring rate to better handle oversized wheel and tire packages commonly used with high-lift trucks.

The rear suspension includes fabricated steel rear lift blocks with integrated bump stop landings along with ARC-compatible rear shock extensions engineered to maintain proper operation of the factory rear adaptive suspension system. Cast iron steering knuckles are included to preserve OEM steering geometry and ride quality after lifting.

ReadyLIFT confirms the system supports up to 37x12.50-inch tires on 20x9 wheels with 0 offset without trimming. Larger wheel and tire combinations may require minor trimming depending on wheel width, tire design, and offset specifications.
