Built with vehicle-specific spacer designs, these kits use materials such as CNC-machined 6061-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum, black e-coated steel, steel strut extensions, and poly/steel coil spacer construction, depending on the vehicle platform. The Ram 1500 4WD kit, for example, uses CNC-machined aircraft-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum strut extensions, while the older Ram HD/1500 coil spacer kit uses black e-coated steel.
Additional features vary by application and may include top/bottom strut spacers, pre-load spacers, coil spring spacers, alignment cam plates, cam nuts, differential drop spacers, skid plate spacers, and application-specific hardware. The 2021–2025 Ford F-150 kit includes offset-style front strut extensions, cam plates, and cam nuts, while the 1995.5–2004 Toyota Tacoma 6-lug kit includes differential drop spacer and skid plate spacer kits.
