The ReadyLIFT 2.25" Leveling Kit w/Torsion Keys & Control Arms is designed specifically for 2011–2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 2WD & 4WD trucks that need improved stance, larger tire clearance, and enhanced front suspension durability. This premium leveling system combines ReadyLIFT’s forged torsion key technology with heavy-duty fabricated upper control arms to create a complete suspension upgrade for GM HD torsion-bar platforms.
Built around forged torsion leveling keys and fabricated boxed steel upper control arms, this system is engineered to improve suspension geometry while maintaining factory-style ride quality. ReadyLIFT designed the heavy-duty upper control arms using laser-cut and CNC-bent .125-inch 4130 chromoly plate steel for exceptional durability and long-term performance on leveled or lifted HD trucks.
Additional features include spring-loaded 1-ton heavy-duty ball joints, CNC-machined billet aluminum ball joint caps, maintenance-free TCT pivot bushings, and shock extension spacers. The TCT bushings feature a “free-float” inner bushing design with “side biter” washers to help improve alignment retention and reduce common bushing wear issues.
