For the GM 1500 full-size truck/SUV application, ReadyLIFT lists a 33-inch maximum tire diameter and notes that 285-series or larger tires on factory wheels may require 1/2-inch front wheel spacers because factory wheel backspacing varies.

For the Toyota Tacoma application, ReadyLIFT states the 2.25-inch strut extension provides clearance for up to 32-inch tires, with up to 33-inch tires possible with minor inner fender trimming.
