The Skyjacker Black MAX Steering Stabilizers are designed to enhance steering stability and handling for trucks and SUVs, particularly vehicles equipped with lift kits and oversized tires. Acting as a dampening shock for the steering system, these stabilizers help absorb road impacts and reduce harsh steering feedback caused by uneven terrain or larger wheel and tire combinations.

Built with twin-tube construction and advanced foam-cell technology, the Black MAX stabilizers maintain consistent damping performance even under demanding driving conditions. The foam-cell insert compensates for oil expansion as temperatures rise, preventing air pockets inside the shock and ensuring smooth, fade-resistant operation.

These stabilizers also feature multi-stage valving and increased fluid capacity, helping improve steering response while reducing vibration, bump steer, and front-end shimmy. This additional damping helps extend the life of steering components such as tie rods, ball joints, and tires while providing a more comfortable driving experience.
