How does the verification process work?

We partner with SheerID, a trusted third-party verification service. They securely verify your eligibility status through official documentation or databases. The process typically takes just a few minutes.

What documentatin is needed?

If asked to upload proof of eligibility, you'll need to provide a government-issued document that shows your:

    1. First and last name
    2. Branch of service
    3. Your current affiliation with the armed services
    4. Your discharge date (if applicable)

Note 1: Any documents submitted to SheerID will be permanently deleted. Feel free to black out / cover up any sensitive information that is unrelated to proving your eligibility.

Note 2: It is important that your name shown in the document matches the name you entered initially in the form. For verifying, please use only the name shown in your document.

Note 3: Please only upload documents you are legally allowed to provide.

 

How long is my discount code valid?

Your discount code is valid for 12 months from the date of verification. You can re-verify annually to continue receiving the discount.

Is my personal information secure?
