The FOX 2.0 IFP Steering Stabilizer from the FOX Performance Series is engineered to improve steering control and stability for trucks and SUVs, particularly vehicles equipped with lift kits and oversized tires. Acting as a dampening shock for the steering system, this stabilizer reduces steering feedback, vibration, and bump steer caused by rough terrain or aggressive tire setups.
Built using a 2.0-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body, the stabilizer offers excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance while maintaining lightweight durability. FOX also uses CNC-machined billet aluminum components and a hard chrome-plated shaft to ensure strength and long-term reliability in demanding driving conditions.
At the core of the stabilizer is FOX’s Internal Floating Piston (IFP) monotube design, which separates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber. This prevents oil aeration and provides consistent damping performance, even during aggressive off-road use.
Using the same race-proven damping technology found in FOX Performance Series shocks, the 2.0 IFP stabilizer helps keep tires tracking straight while reducing the strain placed on steering components such as tie rods and ball joints. It’s an ideal upgrade for trucks and SUVs that see both daily driving and off-road adventures. Now Available at LEER!
