3-YEAR WARRANTY. Truck Accessories Group hereby warrants that the original retail purchaser of the LEER® brand tonneau cover shall receive a product free from defects in material and workmanship for three years from the purchase date. To activate this warranty, proof of purchase is required. It is important to note that this warranty is non-transferable and is applicable solely to the original purchaser.
This warranty shall remain in effect provided that the product is installed correctly and utilized for its intended purpose throughout the warranty timeframe. The obligations of LEER under this warranty are limited to the repair or, at its discretion, replacement of any part that is returned, with transportation prepaid, to LEER located in Elkhart, Indiana, contingent upon the determination of a defect in the product. All returned materials must be accompanied by a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be obtained and authorized prior to the return.
LEER shall not be responsible for labor costs associated with the replacement of any defective parts, nor shall it be liable for any damages incurred, of any nature, to individuals, products, or property.
It is important to note that this warranty does not extend to used products or those that have been repaired, altered, modified, misused, subjected to negligence, involved in accidents, or that exhibit ordinary wear and tear.
LEER tonneau covers purchased from authorized dealers qualify for the full manufacturer's warranty. Buyers who obtain used products or purchase through unauthorized online sources should be aware that these items may be used, defective, or incomplete—and may not be covered under the warranty.
