The Bilstein B6 4600 Shocks are engineered as a direct-fit suspension upgrade for trucks and SUVs operating at factory ride height. Designed to replace OE shocks while delivering improved ride control, the B6 4600 series enhances stability, comfort, and overall vehicle handling for daily driving, towing, and light off-road use.

At the core of the B6 4600 design is Bilstein’s 46mm monotube gas-pressure technology, which provides superior heat dissipation and fade-free damping compared to conventional twin-tube shocks. This design ensures consistent performance even under heavy loads or demanding driving conditions.

The shocks also feature Bilstein’s patented velocity-sensitive digressive piston, allowing the suspension to react instantly to changing road conditions. This advanced valving improves steering response, reduces body roll, and delivers a smoother ride without sacrificing control.
