The DÜHA Behind-the-Seat Storage System features a durable, heavy-duty roto-molded construction which doesn’t allow for flexing and bending. It also includes an easily removable two-piece gun rack/organizer, making it compliant with legal gun case regulations in most states. This allows you to safely store up to two guns, both of which can have a scope. You can also remove the dividers to store larger items.

As an expression of confidence in the excellence of the design, materials and workmanship involved in all the various aspects of bringing DÜHA Products to you, DÜHA Inc. provides the following warranty. Please read the entire text in order that you may become familiar with its terms. If you should have any questions, please contact DÜHA, Inc. directly.
1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS: DÜHA, Inc. offers that the product(s) you purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship, according to the following terms and conditions: a. The lifetime warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/end user. b. Upon request from DÜHA, Inc., the consumer must provide proof of purchase documents, including the date of purchase. c. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to the DÜHA, Inc. Warranty Department. DÜHA, Inc. shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to the consumer after the completion of service under this warranty.

2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: a. Products no longer owned by the original purchaser. b. Defects or damages resulting from use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner. c. Defects or damages from unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, abnormal conditions, exposure to extremes in temperature, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of DÜHA, Inc. d. All plastic surfaces that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use. e. Products whose trademark or name have been altered or removed. f. DÜHA accessories are not covered under the warranty.
3. WHAT DÜHA, INC. WILL DO: DÜHA, Inc. will, at its sole option, either replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of any unit that does not conform to this warranty.
4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, WHICH DÜHA, INC. MAKES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR DÜHA PRODUCT. DÜHA, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE DÜHA PRODUCT, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY STATED HERE. IN ANY EVENT, DÜHA, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last; therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. In the event any of the provisions of this warranty are found by statute or by applicable administrative or judicial entity to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
