The innovative 3-piece design has proven its strength on emergency responder vehicles in a wide variety of high stress environments. Each application is engineered with strategically placed gusseting and reinforcement to provide superior structural rigidity that eliminates unwanted vibrations. The uprights feature durable 2-3/4in. wide rubber push pad strips for added coverage. With a heavy-duty frame mount system and wraparound wings made of massive 2in. diameter high-strength tube, these grille guards deliver complete front-end protection. Thanks to their modular construction, all HDX Modular Grille Guards are packaged and shipped via parcel post, providing a significant savings over LTL shipping. The HDX Modular Grille Guard features a durable polished stainless steel or black powder coat finish with an electrostatic base coat, providing long lasting corrosion protection from the elements. Mount kit and hardware included for a complete professional installation, and every HDX Modular Grille Guard is backed by a 3-year warranty.

The HDX Grille Guard with a polished finish is made from 304 stainless steel and comes with a lifetime warranty:

  • Westin Automotive Products, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use excluding damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications or product neglect. This lifetime warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of Westin products. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise, along with the purchase receipt, to the original place of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation, fire, vandalism or any form of abuse.

The HDX Grille Guard with a black powder coat finish is made from e-coated steel and comes with a 3 year warranty:

  • Westin Automotive Products, Inc. guarantees the original purchaser of Westin products a three year warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use excluding damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accidents, product modifications or product neglect. This three year warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of Westin products. Warranty does not include electrical components or light bulb replacement, costs of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience or consequential damages. Original purchaser must return defective merchandise, along with the purchase receipt, to the original place of purchase.
