    Product Overview

ReadyLIFT High-Clearance Anti-Intrusion Beams create additional turning room for larger tires without simply removing the factory beam system from the wheel-well area. Oversized tires and aggressive wheel offsets can contact the original beams near full steering lock, especially after a leveling or suspension lift. The notched replacement design opens the critical clearance zone while preserving a purpose-built beam structure in the original location.

Extra clearance is most valuable during real steering movement, not just while the vehicle is parked. The replacement beams help reduce interference as the tire turns, the suspension moves, and the wheel travels through uneven terrain. Customers can build around a larger tire package with less need to accept rubbing against the original offset beam shape.

Heavy-duty laser-cut steel and robot-welded construction give the assemblies a strong, precise form for an exposed structural location. ReadyLIFT engineered the notched shape to mimic the strength characteristics of the factory beam while creating more usable wheel-well space. A protective black finish completes the installation with a clean appearance behind the tire.

The beam kit is a direct replacement rather than a spacer or trim piece. Factory beams are removed and the application-specific high-clearance assemblies are installed in their place, keeping the wheel-well area organized and serviceable. This approach is well suited to customers who do not want to leave the beam locations empty simply to gain tire room.

Tire clearance still depends on the complete combination of wheel width, offset, tire construction, true measured diameter, lift height, alignment, and suspension travel. Two tires carrying the same sidewall size can differ meaningfully in width and overall diameter. Every wheel and tire package should therefore be test fitted through full steering lock and suspension movement after the beams are installed.

The upgrade pairs naturally with leveled and lifted adventure vehicles that need practical clearance for daily driving and trail use. It helps customers pursue a more capable tire package while maintaining a properly engineered replacement beam system. Whether customers are upgrading for larger tire fitment, reduced steering interference, or a cleaner wheel-well solution, ReadyLIFT High-Clearance Anti-Intrusion Beams deliver added clearance with application-specific structural design. ReadyLIFT's No Hassle product warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers eligible missing or defective components. Proof of purchase may be required, and replacement-part handling follows ReadyLIFT's current warranty procedures.

Warranty coverage does not extend to improper installation, incorrect application, abuse, collision damage, unauthorized modification, neglected maintenance, or damage caused by use outside the product's intended suspension or steering setup.
