Built through a partnership between Diode Dynamics and Kuat, this system combines a Kuat DEK roof rack with a choice of Diode Dynamics SS5 CrossLink or Stage Series LED lightbar configurations for a clean, functional, adventure-ready setup.

The DEK rack is custom-fabricated to integrate lighting directly into the rack for a clean OEM-style appearance. Diode Dynamics describes the system as a modular, low-profile rack with durable all-metal construction, adjustable crossbars, ample T-channels, and multiple frame sizes designed to accommodate a wide range of vehicles and crossbar setups.

Customers can choose between two integrated lighting styles. The SS5 CrossLink configuration links seven or eight SS5 LED pods into a single lightbar for a bold, aggressive appearance. The Stage Series configuration uses either an SS40 or SS50 lightbar depending on rack size for a cleaner, low-profile look. Both lighting options use Diode Dynamics optics, thermal design, and circuit board technology for high-output off-road performance.

The Stage Series lightbar options feature a Combo/Driving beam pattern designed to blend distance and width into one balanced beam, while the SS5 CrossLink option uses a Driving beam pattern with a 30x20-degree spread for extra punch and forward distance. Integrated backlighting is also included, with amber-only backlight on white Stage Series options and selectable multicolor backlight on Dual-Color Stage Series and SS5 CrossLink configurations.

Stage Series options are available in White or Dual-Color configurations. White versions use a 6000K cool white output, while Dual-Color versions combine cool white inner segments with selective yellow outer segments and SmartSelect technology. SmartSelect allows users to cycle between inner segment, outer segment, or full bar output by cycling main beam power, without needing extra wiring or separate switches.
