The Body Armor 4x4 Sky Ridge 270XL Awning – Passenger Side is built for truck and SUV owners who want maximum shade and shelter during overlanding trips, camping adventures, or trailhead setups. With its expansive wrap-around design, this awning deploys quickly to create a large outdoor living area that extends along the side and rear of the vehicle.

Providing up to 129 square feet of shaded coverage, the Sky Ridge 270XL offers significantly more protection than traditional side awnings, making it ideal for cooking, relaxing, or creating a sheltered campsite around your vehicle.

The awning canopy is constructed from 280GSM poly-cotton ripstop fabric with a polyurethane coating, delivering 2500mm waterproof protection and excellent durability in harsh outdoor conditions.

For structural support, the Sky Ridge 270XL uses lightweight extruded aluminum arms with alloy hinges and telescoping legs that feature twist-lock height adjustment from approximately 55" to 102". This design allows the awning to remain stable while providing flexible setup across uneven terrain.

The awning mounts easily to most aftermarket roof racks or bed racks and can typically be deployed by a single person. It also includes mounting brackets, tie-down straps, guy-ropes, stakes, and a heavy-duty PVC travel cover to protect the awning when not in use.
