The Body Armor 4x4 Full-Sized Universal Overland Rack is engineered to expand the cargo-carrying capability of full-size trucks used for overlanding, camping, and off-road travel. Designed with universal bed compatibility, this rack provides a strong platform for mounting rooftop tents, cargo boxes, lighting systems, recovery gear, and other expedition equipment.
Constructed from heavy-duty steel tubing, the rack offers the strength required for demanding outdoor environments. A two-stage textured black powder-coat finish protects the steel structure from corrosion while delivering a rugged off-road appearance.
The rack features universal bed fitment, measuring approximately 60.5 inches long and 15.8 inches tall, and is designed to fit truck beds with an inside rail width of 59.6"–66" and bed lengths of 5.5 feet or longer. This allows compatibility with popular full-size trucks such as the Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, RAM 1500, and Toyota Tundra.
To support overland gear and rooftop tents, the rack is rated for approximately 800 lbs static load capacity and 350 lbs dynamic load capacity. The system also includes two accessory mounts, with additional mounts available to expand cargo and equipment configurations.
Installation is flexible thanks to multiple mounting options, including no-drill rail clamps, drill-mount plates, and optional utility track mounting kits. This allows truck owners to configure the rack for their specific bed setup while maintaining a secure installation.
