The Baja Designs XL Sport Linkable LED Light Bar combines the clean visual line of a light bar with the individual aiming control of multiple XL Sport LED lights. Instead of locking customers into one fixed housing and one fixed beam direction, the linked design can be arranged straight or in an arc to follow a bumper, roofline, rack, cage, or custom support. This makes the system especially useful for builds where both appearance and precise coverage matter.

Each XL Sport light produces approximately 3,162 raw lumens, and complete assemblies can be configured with three through nine forward-projecting lights. Output grows with the selected light count, allowing a compact auxiliary system or a wide high-output arrangement without changing to a different lighting platform. Multiple lens patterns work together to create a smooth blend through near-field, mid-range, and distance lighting zones.

Every light can be adjusted horizontally, and the linkable structure provides up to 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment within each pod or across the complete unit. Customers can flatten the assembly for a straight support or arc it to follow a curved vehicle surface. Fine adjustment after installation helps keep the beam centered on the intended travel path rather than forcing every optic to point in exactly the same direction.

The system is built around the shallow XL housing and uses hard-coated polycarbonate lenses, MoistureBlock weather protection, and 5000K white output on clear-lens configurations. Black rock guards protect the lenses when the lights are not in use, and the included wiring is pre-crimped and trimmed for the linked arrangement. A preload support is supplied to stabilize longer assemblies where additional center support is needed.

Because the system is universal, the final mounting brackets are selected separately for the vehicle and installation location. This gives fabricators and experienced installers freedom to build around unique bumper widths, roof structures, racks, and cages while still using a coordinated light assembly. It also means bracket strength, fastener selection, wire routing, and support spacing must be treated as part of the installation rather than assumed from the light count alone.
