Product Overview
The Baja Designs REFLEX OnX6+ Light Bar Actuator Kit - Double adds powered pitch adjustment to compatible Baja Designs lighting, allowing customers to move the beam angle without stopping to loosen a bracket. It is built for changing terrain where a fixed aim can be ideal on level ground but less useful on a steep climb, descent, or fast open section. The low-profile actuator hardware integrates with the light's existing universal bracket for a clean, purpose-built installation.
On-the-fly adjustment helps place light where the vehicle is headed rather than where the chassis happened to be sitting during setup. Depending on the light type, the REFLEX system can provide up to 20 degrees of pitch movement. That range lets customers lift the beam for distance, lower it for near-field trail detail, or adapt coverage as vehicle attitude changes.
This kit is configured for OnX6+ light bars 20 inches and longer. The double-actuator arrangement uses 2 powered actuators to match the supported light or light bar length, preserving balanced movement across the housing. Model-specific pivot and mounting components connect the actuator to the existing bracket geometry without requiring a different lighting system.
Control wiring is selected separately so customers can match the actuator to a rocker-switch harness or a compatible power-management control system. Separating the harness from the mechanical kit avoids forcing one control method onto every build, but it also means the installation is not complete until the correct actuator harness is added. The lighting circuit remains separate from the actuator control circuit.
Each actuator is rated at 0.14 amps and 2.0 watts at 13.8 volts, carries an IP54 water-resistance rating, and meets MIL-STD-810G and IEC requirements identified for the system. The compact electrical demand supports controlled movement without adding a large load to the vehicle. Proper homing and synchronization are important when more than one actuator is used.
The REFLEX actuator turns a static lighting mount into a more adaptable tool for trail and work use. It is especially useful on vehicles that encounter frequent changes in grade, speed, cargo load, or suspension attitude. Whether customers are upgrading for climbing, descending, high-speed sections, or precise work-area lighting, the Baja Designs REFLEX OnX6+ Light Bar Actuator Kit - Double delivers controlled beam-angle adjustment from the driver's chosen control system. Functionality:
- Adjusts the light pitch angle from an electrical control instead of manual bracket loosening.
- Raises or lowers the beam to respond to climbs, descents, changing speed, or work-area needs.
- Mounts to compatible Baja Designs universal light brackets with model-specific hardware.
- Supports new lighting installations or retrofits on compatible existing packages.
- Works with separately available rocker-switch or power-management actuator harnesses.
- Uses low-profile hardware to preserve a clean lighting installation.
- Allows multiple actuators to be synchronized when the supported configuration requires paired movement.
Why Choose
This product is ideal for customers who want powered pitch control for OnX6+ light bars 20 inches and longer.
- Moves the beam to match real terrain changes without a stop for manual re-aiming.
- Uses hardware engineered around Baja Designs light brackets and housing geometry.
- Keeps the actuator compact so the lighting package retains a clean profile.
- Offers separate control-harness choices for different switch and power-management preferences.
- Supports trail driving, technical climbs, descents, fast open sections, and stationary work lighting.
- Provides modest electrical demand for the actuator movement circuit.
- Adds a functional upgrade to compatible existing lights instead of requiring replacement.
What's Included
- Two 12V REFLEX light actuators.
- Model-specific pivot plates and mounting components for OnX6+ light bars.
- Required actuator attachment fasteners, spacers, and support pieces identified for the paired kit.
Note: Confirm included components before installation.
Installation Notes
- Confirm the selected kit matches OnX6+ light bars 20 inches and longer and the 20-inch and longer light bar configuration before installation.
- Add the correct REFLEX rocker-switch or power-management harness separately; the light power circuit and actuator control circuit are separate.
- Do not force an actuator up or down by hand because manual movement can damage the mechanism and affect warranty coverage.
- For paired systems, run both actuators fully up or fully down to home and resynchronize them if movement becomes uneven.

Warranty Information
Baja Designs provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects for the REFLEX actuator system, subject to the brand's current terms, exclusions, and proof-of-purchase requirements.
Forcing the actuator manually can damage the mechanism and void warranty coverage. Coverage also typically excludes improper wiring, incorrect kit selection, unsupported modification, misuse, collision, water exposure beyond the stated rating, or damage caused by loose or incorrectly installed hardware.
